MyPOS online payment portal accepts a wide variety of credit and debit cards.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been processed and payment has been accepted, you will receive an order and payment confirmation once it has been carried out. A confirmation email should follow. Should you not receive it in your inbox, kindly check in your ‘junk’ or ‘other’ folder. If you did not receive it, kindly contact us via email on info@21444444.com.
Deliveries
Since we use our own logistics and delivery system, you may find our next scheduled day and time for the locality you have selected in our pick-up and delivery schedule found on our website. Should you have any doubts, kindly email us with any queries or changes you may require. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business working days.
Return Policy
Returns depend on the products that have been purchased. Our aerosols cannot be returned, however, our Softener bottles can be returned if the seal is not broken. Other products such as Areon can only be returned if they are still sealed, too. We reserve the right not to accept any returns if the product seems tarnished, damaged etc.
Can my order be collected?
Your orders can be collected, even if you have chosen ‘delivery’ as an option. Kindly inform us via email once the order has been confirmed. Our pick-up address is from our Head Office in Mriehel.
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind about some or all of your orders within 14 days of receipt of goods, contact us and we will amend/cancel your order or arrange to collect the unwanted products, and reimburse the appropriate sum paid within 14 days of cancellation, provided it is returned as sold in the original packaging. At this time, you cannot amend or cancel an order online.
