How it works
- 1. Place your items in any available locker, then visit our client portal at app.portughes.com to create an account or sign in.
- 2. Once logged in, create a new order and follow the prompts.
- 3. Your items will be collected and inspected at Portughes HQ. After inspection, you'll receive a payment link.
- 4. Once the payment is completed, the cleaning process will begin.
- 5. When your items are ready, they will be placed back in a locker, and you'll receive a text or notification to collect them.
- 6. To retrieve your items, sign into your account and follow the app's instructions for collection.
- 7. Enjoy your freshly cleaned items!
